Last year, 392 students were assisted through individual grants, group support or computer training. Group support allowed for the provision of educational materials to 138 children last year. Two computer training centres are supported, where students become proficient not only in basic computer skills but in operating systems including MS word, Access and Excel.

Further to this, there has been the introduction of graphics and design packages such as Microsoft FrontPage and html training. This provides a fantastic foundation for students to further their skills and thus sets them up well for higher education or skilled employment.
