In 2008 Computershare was inspired to launch a major cycle event in aid of charity, the Change a Life Cycle. It attracted 81 corporate executives who rode through four southern African countries in three days - and raised nearly R3 million in aid of grassroots anti-crime initiatives.

The first Change a Life Cycle was a huge success – and it has become a must-do event on the corporate cycling calendar. Already the corporate world is abuzz about the 2010 Change a Life Cycle, taking place from 3 to 8 September in the beautiful and friendly country of Malawi.
